At our salon, we value your time and kindly ask that you value ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients and stylists, we require 24 to 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

If after your service is completed you feel your haircut or colour needs any adjustments, please contact us within one week. While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, your satisfaction is important to us. We are always happy to discuss concerns and will do our best to make things right so you feel your best!
